"Care not Killing" I hope this moratorium is enacted. Too often euthanasia is the first resort when the emphasis should be on quality palliative care, effective pain management and respect for life. Sadly the moratorium would be 4 years too late for my friend Mr. Fuchs who was killed by his family simply because nursing home care was getting too expensive.
