Mounties wanted to use "Lethal Oversight" in order to "Sterilise the site" - in other words - shoot the protestors and drag their bodies away to protect the oil company.

Canada's RCMP wanted to shoot oil pipeline protestors
Mounties wanted to use "Lethal Oversight" in order to "Sterilise the site" - in other words - shoot the protestors and drag their bodies away to protect the oil company.
