Ban rugby and all other 'concussion' sports
“It’s definitely a dangerous sport. I’m not going to say it’s not a hard sport, but we have a lot of safety regulations for that,” Grade 12 student Megan Walsh said.
Daaaaah!
There are no safety regulations that prevent concussions. Congratulations to the school authorities for protecting our children. Next, let's get rid of ice hockey and football.

Boxing, football, MMA and rugby
"Stupid is what stupid does" said Forrest Gump and he was likely referring to gladiator sports like boxing, hockey, rugby, American football and MMA.
If some humans (mostly us men) are so un-evolved as a species that we are compelled to watch this stuff, and athletes are stupid enough to allow their bodies and brains to be bashed about, then government should just make such 'sports' unlawful.

National Football League tried to cover up brain injuries
"When the N.F.L. agreed in 2012 to donate tens of millions of dollars to concussion research overseen by the National Institutes of Health,
it was widely seen as a positive turning point in football’s long
history of playing down the long-term effects of brain injuries on
players. At the time, the league said that it would have no influence
over how the money was used.
But
the league and its head, neck and spine committee worked to improperly
influence the government research, trying to steer the study toward a
doctor with ties to the league, according to a study conducted by a
congressional committee and released on Monday."
Watch Will Smith in the movie Concussion then read the story on the New York Times
