"Complaints against judges remain secret" - Toronto Star Newspaper




Justice John Ritchie (photo) has been "chastised in the past by higher courts for legal errors, appearance of bias, and recycling "broiler plate statements in rulings" reports the Toronto Star yet complaints against judges hide behind a wall of secrecy.

Please fax or write* the Ontario Judicial Council and tell them that you want 'transparency' not 'secrecy' when it comes to complaints against judges - who are afterall - public servants.
