Some doctors are finally coming to their senses!

"It’s as powerful as some of the pills we give, and less side effects," said Dr. Mark Roper, a family doctor in Quebec. The new initiative by doctors is meant to curb Canada's obesity epidemic and help patients reduce their blood pressure, cholesterol and risk of heart attack.

The problem with this initiative is that 99.9% of their fat patients with high blood pressure and high cholesterol are lazy... so chances are that the patients are simply going to go to another doctor who is willing to prescribe medication rather than exercise, which can be soooooo tiring, and sweaty, and gyms are expensive, and besides, "I'm really, really busy today."

Bye the by doctors..... exercise and nutrition go hand-and-hand so you may want to begin 'prescribing' healthy eating as well as exercise.
