Today is PARENTAL ALIENATION AWARENESS DAY

It has been 415 days and 18 hours since my ex, Michelle Ramsay, cut me off from my grandchildren Zyg and Mila. On this Parental Alienation Awareness Day I feel not only my daily pain but the pain of all the mothers and fathers and grandfathers and grandmothers, and children who are suffering because of parental alienation.

It would seem to me that in order to prevent our pain from driving us to despair,  we parents and grandparents have only two options....

For those of us who choose to forgive, I give you these words...

Psalm 86:4-5 Gladden the soul of your servant, for to you, O Lord, do I lift up my soul. For you, O Lord, are good and forgiving, abounding in steadfast love to all who call upon you.

For those of us who will continue to struggle to our last dying breath to give payback Karma a helping hand, I give you this prose...
