Driving while Black (and stupid)

Richard Steele is protesting getting caught and convicted for having a pistol under the seat of his car on the technicality that the cop only stopped him because he is Black.

Mr. Steele doesn't deny that he had a gun under his seat, only that the cop shouldn't have found it.

Dear Ontario Superior Court... in addition to laughing this criminal out of court - and hopefully out of Canada (citizen or not) - but would you please also charge him with 'driving while stupid'.
