I was just advised by Dr. John Earle, Investigating Coroner, that neither Grace Manor Nursing Home nor Mr. Fuchs's son, Carlos Fox did anything illegal when they rendered my friend unconscious with drugs then left him alone in a sterile room to die of starvation and dehydration. He lasted 7 days.
When is society going to stop treating us old people like a race horse with a broken leg - to be killed because we are no longer useful, or because it would be too expensive to heal us.
Have I given up on trying to find justice for Mr. Fuchs?..... Heck no!
