Starbucks: record profits - slave wages

Now that sales have increased 18% over the past three months perhaps Starbucks will begin paying its employees a living wage. Barista's at Starbucks make a between $7.63 and $9.90 per hour

California and many parts of Canada have legislated a minimum wage of at least $15 per hour, barely enough to lift a full time worker over the official poverty income threshold.

Please email Starbucks head office and tell them "I insist that you raise your starting salaries to $15 or more per hour"
