"Jana Osterman, a Toronto resident, was born in Slovenia. She studied in Ljubljana at Secondary school for design and photography, Royal Academy of Art in The Hague - Holland - graphic design and typography, and continued studies in printmaking at Filton College, Bristol, England.
Since 2000, she has continuously worked as an artist, fabricator and collaborator with Cobalt fabrication company, working on a variety of public art projects, exhibits and interactive exhibitions, and her own artwork."
