Iceland and Norway sell butchered whales

"The International Whaling Commission adopted a moratorium on whaling in 1982, but allows for signatories to issue whaling permits for scientific research. Japan uses scientific permits but Norway and Iceland, the only other two countries that whale, oppose the IWC moratorium and issue their own quotas."
