A mobile phone company in Belgium claims that a significant number of mobile phone breakages happen because of "text walking" collisions. And it's true... I have had more than a few near collisions with people, poles, and other of my fellow sidewalk denizens.
Bye the by..... word is that the US Census Bureau has determined that there are about 7.5 billion mobiles in the world, compared to a world population estimated to be 7.2 billion by the US Census Bureau.
