100 Million could buy America a ton of health care

This Los Angeles Times Newspaper report says that the city spends $100 million on homelessness. Has anyone noticed that most of the homeless also have mental health problems? Come on America, spend fewer billions on armaments and more on health care. Or do any of you really care?
