'Ice bucket' disgrace

I don't know which outrages me more ... That someone who witnesses a crime has to be bribed to report the incident to the cops or that there are people who get a kick out of dumping urine and feces on anyone. Lock up these teens in jail for a year.. And their parents too.. Both the parents and their kids need some quiet time to reflect on the nature and depth of their stupidity.
