Great news - Ministry of Long-Term Care is investigating

Just received a call from Ms. Simran of the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. She says that they have launched an investigation into the nursing home death of Mr. Fuchs.

The investigation will look at:

• The home's "Plan of Care"
• Whether the home was in compliance with the Provincial legislation
• Whether the home followed the proper "Care Plan"

I will keep you posted as soon as I receive the results of their investigation.
